Before submitting to Dupuis Editing, please read the following Terms and Conditions that you are agreeing to via your digital signature (in the form of a checkmark) at the end of the submission form.

1. I am not a first-time client who currently attends Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo

   • Due to new contractual agreements, Dupuis Editing is not permitted to accept new clients who are currently attending ​Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo.

   • Canadian Federal law (PIPIDA) states that we are not allowed to require this information, as it is not mandatory for our completion of the service.

2. The work that I am submitting is legally mine and Dupuis Editing is not permitted to share, disclose, or distribute it without my permission.

3. The returned edits done by Dupuis Editing are their property. I cannot distribute it for personal gain without Dupuis Editing's permission.

   • This means that I cannot sell the editor's notes, suggestions, nor areas for improvement.​

4. I understand that Dupuis Editing cannot guarantee perfect final products, nor can they guarantee a specific grade.

5. This service is in compliance with your professor's syllabus.
